In fact Kelly Crowe holds a Master of Science in Nursing, is a Registered Nurse and is a certified Mediyag technician. All Crowe's Ink tattoo artists have completed and passed the 'Bloodborne Pathogen & Communicable Diseases for Tattoo Artists, Permanent Make-Up, Microblading & Micropigmentation for Professionals' course, approved by the Florida Dept. of Health for Tattoo Licensure.
